COURSE OVERVIEW

Looking to work in a pub, club, bar or gaming venue? This combined course gives you the essential training to responsibly serve alcohol and support the responsible conduct of gambling in the workplace.

You will complete both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) training, covering your responsibilities, harm minimisation and practical approaches to serving customers safely and responsibly.

• Responsible alcohol service and legal responsibilities

COURSE OUTCOME

On successful completion, you will receive the relevant Statements of Attainment and can apply for the required NSW RSA and RCG competency cards, subject to current Liquor & Gaming NSW requirements and eligibility.
