Cake Decorating

Learn the art of cake decorating with fondant and icing techniques in this hands-on 8-week workshop. Perfect for beginners and hobbyists, this course teaches you how to create visually stunning cakes using industry-inspired methods.

Acrylic Painting and Creative Expressions

Explore fundamental visual elements through drawing, colour, and collage while developing your own personal artworks. Guided by an experienced artist, you’ll experiment with brushwork, blending and layering techniques to create depth, movement and expressive effects.

Dressmaking for Absolute Beginners

Start sewing this season and create garments in styles you love. Beginners will make a skirt while learning how to choose a pattern, select fabrics, and use a sewing machine. Continuing students can work at their own pace with full tutor support.

SUBSIDISED TRAINING

You may be eligible for NSW Government-funded training through the Adult and Community Education Program (ACE) or the Smart and Skilled Program. Unlock new opportunities with subsidised courses designed to help you upskill, reskill or transition into your next career move. Eligible students may access reduced-fee training across specific courses subsidised by the NSW Government.
