COURSE DESCRIPTION
This accredited course provides a strong foundation in makeup artistry and client care, designed as a pathway toward SHB30121 Certificate III in Beauty Services. You will develop practical skills in designing and applying makeup while learning professional client consultation and salon service practices.
This course is suitable for school leavers, career changers, return-to-work learners or anyone interested in starting a career in the beauty and makeup industry.

- SHBBMUP011 Design and apply remedial camouflage makeup

DELIVERY AND ASSESSMENT
Training is delivered face-to-face in a classroom environment with practical makeup demonstrations and activities. Assessments include practical observations, knowledge questions and simulated workplace tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
There are no formal entry requirements, however you should have basic English, numeracy and computer skills to complete coursework and submit assessments online.
You will also need a basic makeup kit. Professional starter kits and brush kits are available for purchase through the college. Access to learning materials and classroom tools will be provided.
